Personal achievements:

I achieved honours for dramatic arts in high school.
At school I was a head of house for culture. This leadership role involved encouraging members of my house to get involved in house events, to have spirit for their house and to have unity throughout the school.
I won Best leading actress in the 2009 Inter-house plays at St Mary’s DSG Kloof.
I won the inter-house u/19 long jump in 2009.
I achieved a bronze award for an English Olympiad I entered in grade ten.
I organised the arrangements for my corridor party in Ruth First residence in 2010 for which I was awarded.
I was also awarded for sport participation in Ruth First residence in 2009.

Smile Outreach programme: involves teaching young rural school children conversational English.
Upstart Initiative: produced a community involved video with a neglected child.
